Office Administrator

General Overview

New River Computing provides fixed-fee projects, managed services and hourly IT services to select clients in the New River Valley and beyond. We have an equally strong retention rate for our employees. New River Computing is hiring a part-time Office Administrator to assist with routine office tasks.

The Office Administrator is responsible for performing regular tasks that will aid in the timely processing of deposits, invoices, credit cards, and routine office tasks.

Essential duties include:

  • Receiving checks and taking deposits to bank
  • Reconciling credit card statement
  • Assisting answering phones when necessary
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Maintaining filing
