- Crises such as server and workstation crashes will be covered under the monthly rate

Managed services will allow New River Computing to:
- Offer vastly improved reliability, security and service delivery at a reduced cost
- Automate certain processes that are now manually implemented
- Deliver services to appreciably larger companies
- Deliver more services remotely
Companies wishing to move to managed services delivered by New River Computing will be required to meet certain software, hardware and warranty requirements.
